SMS Marketing Program

Terms of Service

1. SMS Program Description

MM Auto Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS
marketing program to communicate with subscribers regarding automotive
marketing services, promotions, updates, and related content. By opting into
our SMS program, you (“you” or “subscriber”) agree to these Terms of Service.

 

2. How to Opt In

You may opt into our SMS program by:

      
Submitting your mobile number via our website or
landing page form

      
Verbally consenting to receive SMS communications from
an MM Auto Marketing representative

      
Any other method where you provide express written
consent to receive text messages

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS
messages from MM Auto Marketing at the mobile number provided.

 

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You will receive up to 8 SMS
messages per month from MM Auto Marketing, depending on your engagement and the
nature of your subscription. Message and data rates may apply for any messages
sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your
text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

 

4. Opt-Out & Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe,
simply text STOP to +1 (902) 900-5505. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to
us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first
time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Supported opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE,
CANCEL, END, QUIT

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
MM Auto Marketing is not responsible for any delays in SMS delivery caused by
wireless carriers, network outages, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network
operator.

 

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By participating in our SMS
program, you acknowledge that your mobile number and related information may be
used to send you the text messages you have consented to receive.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with
third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

8. Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer

9. Changes to These Terms

MM Auto Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these
Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our
website or notification via SMS. Continued participation in the SMS program
following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
